I adapted this recipe from the Weight Not program. Weight Not is a great weight loss program that you will defiantly lose weight on. I am not posting the recipe as a weight loss recipe but just as a really good recipe that is even healthy for you. You have to try this it is super easy. This makes about 2 portions. 0 Weight Watcher Points on the new Freestyle program
Ingredients:
1 pound sea scallops 1 1/2 packets Stevia Juice of 3 lemons 6 tbsp Dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine Stevia, mustard, and lemon juice; set aside
Lightly spray skillet with non-stick spray
Cook scallops on high until done about 5 minutes depending on the size of your scallops
Drizzle sauce on plate and st scallops over sauce.
Note: you could even cook the scallops on the grill instead of in a pan.
