I am all ready for the Easter Bunny.  Mom fixed my hair as best she could and cleaned my face.  I had a bath earlier this week and she said I didn't need another one.  Mom also said the Easter Bunny will hide treats around the house for me to find. I have been the biggest help today.  I helped Mom with all kinds of things.  She dropped one of Dad's shirts and I picked it up for her but I made her work for it.  She needs the exercise anyway.  I then helped Mom in the garden and putting down some grass seed.  That was really fun chasing grass seed as Mom was throwing it.  Sorry, but she didn't get any pics of that as she was to busy throwing seeds.  She said I might have grass growing out of my top knot later.  Very timely I say as it is Easter.  Em #em #emyorkie#yorkies#yorkshireterrier #thebellyoftheem

I have had a tough day today.  I had an accident on my tail today.  Someone came to the house and I got excited and had a little bit of an accident.  Mom had to give me a bath after that.  I can't blame her, I didn't want bad things on my tail.  It was really embarrassing, but I know that all my friends will not ridicule me for this slip up (it won't happen again).  Mom let me dry myself after the bath though, that is always fun.  Mom said she could get me dryer faster but I prefer my own methods.      Em #em #emyorkie#yorkies#yorkshireterrier #thebellyoftheem

Mom when out today to do some errands and guess who she left in charge of everything at home?  Yes, that is right, me - EM.  I was large and in charge today.  I did a great job and took care of everything.  Even Tori, my cat, had to listen to me.  No one got in the house that shouldn't and everything was just as Mom left it. Mom is finally back home.  I was so glad to see her last night but today is a new day.  I can not believe she had the nerve to say I stank after I volunteered to sleep with her.  I was protecting her from what ever took her away and she told me I smelled bad.  Of course, you know what she did to me, yes, a bath.  Not just a quick wash of my face but a full blown bath.  Maybe I should have let them get her and take her away again.  She did put a really nice new bow in my hair, it has a fish on it.  Ok, I will let her stay.  But I am giving her the stink eye today, that had better not get me another bath, it's just an expression Mom!  Love you Mom.  ​Em   #em#emyorkie #yorkies #yorkshireterrier#thebellyoftheem
