Mom was cutting down elephant ear plants so I helped.  I have never seen an elephant but I bet they look just like the leaf on the plant.  That is what Mom says anyway.  She forgot to take a picture of them before she cut them down.  They were really big and she kept saying timber when she cut one.  I have no idea why she did this.  Mom is just silly sometimes.  She said she detailed the digging up the bulbs and storing them in her blog that she has on my page www.thebellyoftheem.com Em #em #emyorkie #yorkies #yorkshireterrier #thebellyoftheem

Two guys came the other day and put this really neat green cover over our pool.  Mom wasn't happy, but I really like it.  I don't have to go around anymore I have a new short cut to the other side of the patio.  Psst, don't tell Mom but sometimes I use it for a potty too.  She wouldn't like that if she knew. em #em #emyorkie #yorkies #yorkshireterrier #thebellyoftheem

It was the best thing, I was out hunting bunnies today and thought I saw one.  I went after it but it was only Tori.  I must have scared her because she ran out from under that bush she was sleeping under like crazy.  I chased her a little until she turned around to chase me.  It was really fun.  Mom didn't even get a picture of Tori coming under the bush though, too bad. ​I was trying to help Tori, my cat, catch the chipmunk that has moved into my patio. Clearly my help is not appreciated as she swatted me. I don’t think Tori knows how much help I can be. I am just as determined that the chipmunk does not stay here as she is. As a matter of fact, I haven’t seen Tori catch anything yet. I am just as good as she is. We got new furniture today.  I could not figure out why our old furniture got taken away last week but I know now.  Right in the middle of Mom combing out my knots she stopped.  I thought hallelujah she is done, but I wasn't that lucky.  She stopped long enough for the new furniture to come in and to let me check it out.  I hope we like it.  Of course, if Mom doesn't like no one will like it.  Psst, I like it even if she decides she doesn't.  Em #em #emyorkie #yorkies #yorkshireterrier #thebellyoftheem 

​Mom is very sneaky, she took me to the vet today she said we were going to say hi to everyone. She said it was Vet Tech Appreciation week and we need to appreciate them. She forgot to mention they were going to appreciate me with a shot. She is very sneaky, I am not sure if I should believe anything she tells me. Of course we did say hi to everyone so I guess she just forgot to tell me there was a shot in my future. Bad Mom! On the upside, I did get lots of treats from everyone.
