1st snow of the season

​We’ve had the first snow of the season at my house. We got 2”. Mom gets so excited about these things. She said it puts her in holiday mood. I don’t know what she is talking about, she has been in the holiday mood for weeks now. In fact she has been putting up Christmas decorations for weeks. I thought she was done but no, today she put up one of the trees. It is pretty but I am not sure how I feel about the snow and all the holiday cheer.
