Disappointed

I am disappointed and upset with Mom. I was supposed to go to my friend Dolly’s birthday party but it got cancelled. Instead Mom decided I needed a haircut and a bath. It seems wrong to metro get a haircut and bath in place of a party. Mom should have given me gifts and treats and forgot about those other things. What is wrong with her?
